These solar panels work as advertised. The results of tests to full-time (Arizona) is the light of the sun (panel 1) 17. 80V to 0. 303A, (panel 2) 17. 65V to 0. 301A. It’s actually a bit higher than the rating of the panel 17. 50V to 0. 290a. Automatically, they are well designed and sealed against moisture.
