I have one to use in full sun in the desert of Black Rock. It was as good as I expected. My only criticism is that, if even one finger is part of the front panel that completely cuts the power (but I think is the same for all panels) and the result was far enough from the specification. This may be normal, but I sat on a chip voltage regulator (~ $ 1 at Radio Shack) as it passes near 20V and I just wanted to 12V.
Many worked in phone support or enforce a 12V fan.
