I got this to use in the hot sun of the Black Rock Desert. It was as good as I hoped. My only criticism is that if one finger is on the front panel is completely cut off all power (but I think the same thing with all panels) and the production was well removed from the specifications. This may be normal, but I put a chip voltage regulator (~ $ 1 at Radio Shack), because he spends about 20V and I just wanted to 12V.
Worked great for charging the phone or run a 12V fan.
